KNITTING AND SPINNING GROUPS
Spunsters, a loosely organized but enthusiastic group of fiber artists,
meets every Thursday afternoon, in members' homes and at the Blacksburg Public Library.
Kniche Knitters,
the Blacksburg, Virginia, knitting guild, is an affiliate of The
Knitting Guild Association, and meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month from 10:00 am
- Noon, at the Luther Memorial Lutheran Church. On the other Mondays in the month, knitters in this group
gather for "public" knitting near the coffee kiosk in the New River Valley Mall (corner of Pepper's Ferry Road and Rt 460 Business) and on Wednesday evenings
at the knitting shop Mosaic (behind Starbucks on University City Blvd).
KNITTING WORKSHOPS IN OTHER LOCATIONS
Maggie teaches knitting workshops throughout the U.S. for guilds and shops, at conferences and retreats, and even on ships!
